On Saturday, September 11, 2010 it was a absolutely beautiful day. We decided that since it was the first day of the apple picking season up at Hick’s Orchard we would take Charlotte, as she had been asking Granny for a little while if the apples were big enough yet. Granny, Daddy, Charlotte, Aunt Judy and Rob all when up to Granville, NY to the orchard and pick a bagful of Macs and Courtland apples. Yummie!

We were there on Saturday too… guess we missed ya’! Great day for apple pickin’!
We went in the AM, were there about 10:30 to about 12:00 – great time to go as nobody else had really got there yet!
I think we were there about 11… we started with the donuts then the apple pickin’!
